Description
Pneumatic UPVC three-way ball valve is also called electric plastic three-way ball valve. It adopts double union socket or internal thread connection. It can be quickly assembled without special tools. It has the advantages of compact structure, wear resistance, easy disassembly, convenient maintenance, simple and easy maintenance, etc.
Pneumatic UPVC three-way ball valve can be L-shaped and T-shaped. The L-shape is used for switching the flow direction of the medium, and can connect two perpendicular channels; the T-shape is used for medium diversion, confluence and flow direction switching. The T-shaped three-way can connect the three channels to each other or connect two of the channels. The valve body material of the pneumatic UPVC three-way ball valve is hygienic and non-toxic, highly corrosion-resistant, light in weight, and has a wide range of applications, such as: pure water and drinking water pipeline systems, drainage and sewage pipeline systems, salt water and seawater pipeline systems, acid, alkali and chemical solution systems and other industries.
Product Features
The pneumatic UPVC three-way ball valve adopts a two-way double union structure, which can be used as a union and a valve at the same time. The ball valve can be closed and the union can be removed without stopping the front-end equipment pipeline, and the back-end engineering maintenance can be carried out.
The valve body of the pneumatic UPVC three-way ball valve has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. There is an FPM or EPDM "O" ring at the union end. With the use of PTFE cushions, it can prevent corrosion from most chemical substances.
The tightness of the cushion can be adjusted appropriately. The pipe wall is flat and smooth, and has less friction resistance and adhesion when conveying fluids.
