L T Type Pneumatic 3 Way Thread Ball Valve
Description
The Pneumatic three-way ball valve is a control component in the fluid delivery system, with functions such as cut-off, regulation, diversion, backflow prevention, pressure stabilization, diversion or overflow. The three-way ball valve can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive media.
Working Principle
The most obvious difference between the pneumatic three-way ball valve and the pneumatic two-way valve in appearance is the extra flow channel. The three-way valve is mainly used to change the flow direction of the medium. In addition to the inlet A, outlet B, and reversing port C, the three-way valve does not have the function of changing the flow direction of the medium.The working process of the three-way valve: the valve is opened and the medium enters the valve from A and flows out of the valve through B. When the bypass needs the medium to flow in, the actuator is opened, the valve core is reversed, and the medium A enters C and exits. When the pipeline does not need the medium to flow in, the actuator is opened, and the valve is closed to cut off the medium.
