Product Overview
The pneumatic flange butterfly valve is composed of a flange-type hard-sealed butterfly valve and a pneumatic actuator. The flanges at both ends of the butterfly valve body are connected to the pipeline flange, which has the advantage of relatively reliable sealing performance. Pneumatic flange butterfly valves can be divided into elastic seals and metal seals according to the sealing form. The elastic sealing materials are nitrile rubber and fluororubber.
Among them, the hard-sealed butterfly valve is a multi-layer metal hard seal with the advantage of elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance regardless of low temperature. Compared with the clamp-type butterfly valve, the pneumatic flange butterfly valve has higher pressure resistance. Generally, flange butterfly valves are used in high-pressure working conditions.
