Description

Pneumatic UPVC ball valve adopts double union socket connection, which can be quickly assembled without special tools. It has the advantages of compact structure,  wear resistance, easy disassembly, convenient maintenance, simple and easy maintenance, etc. The valve body material is hygienic and non-toxic, highly corrosion-resistant, light in weight, and has a wide range of applications. For example: pure water and raw drinking water pipeline systems, drainage and sewage pipeline systems, salt water and seawater pipeline systems, acid, alkali and chemical solution systems and other industries.

Main Product Features

• Bidirectional double union ball valve can be used as a union and valve at the same  time. The ball valve can be closed and the union can be removed without stopping the front equipment pipeline, and the back-end engineering maintenance can be carried out.
• The valve body has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. There is an FPM or EPDM  "O" ring at the union end. With the use of brTFE cushion seat, it can prevent corrosion from most chemical substances.
• The tightness of the cushion seat can be adjusted appropriately. The pipe wall is flat and smooth, and has less friction resistance and adhesion when conveying fluids.
• The flame retardant property is self-extinguishing. Low thermal conductivity, about 1/200 of steel. Light weight, equivalent to 1/5 of steel pipe and 1/6 of copper pipe.
• The heavy ion content in the medium reaches the ultrapure water standard, and t  he sanitary indicators meet the requirements of national sanitary standards.
• Excellent aging resistance and UV resistance, which greatly extends the normal service life compared with other pipeline systems.
