Description
Partial rotary electric actuators, collectively referred to as Q series actuators, are driving equipment for valves to achieve opening, closing, adjustment, and control. This series of actuators have the characteristics of full-featured, reliable performance, advanced control system, small size, lightweight, convenient use, and maintenance.
Q series actuator is suitable for butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, damper, and other valves that make 90°rotation. The valve can be controlled remotely, collectively, and automatically. it is widely used in powder metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, sewage treatment, agricultural irrigation, and other industries.
The performance of this series of ordinary products conforms to the requirements of GB / T24923-2010 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Devices"

Technical Parameters
1. Power supply:3-phase AC380V,50Hz is used as power supply of the motor.2-phase AC220V,
50Hz (ExdlIBT4) is the power supply for control.Optional power supply:AC24-660V,50.60
HzDC12~220V(indicated when ordered)
2. Ambient temperature:-20℃+60℃;optional temperature:-40℃~+70℃
3. Relative humidity:≤95% (at 25℃)
4. Operating environment:The ordinary actuators shall be used in places without flammable,
explosive or highly corrosive medium.The flameproof actuators shall be operated in Grade
IIA and IIB,group T1-T4 places with explosive gas mixtures.
5. IP:IP65/67 (IP68 for special orders)
6. The motor belongs to duty type.It can maintain operation for 10 minutes underrated load,
with Class F insulation.
7. Anti-corrosion coating:painted at high temperature.
Assembly and Disassembly
The electric valve actuators can be mounted in any positions,but it must be noteworthy that the motors shall be installed as horizontally as possible.It is better to mount the
actuators in a way that their cabinet covers are horizontal or perpendicularly upward.This will be favorable for lubrication, commissioning,maintenance and manual operation.

mounted on the cabinets shall be installed in place.In case of any discrepancy,press the stop button immediately,disconnect the three-phase power supply,and choose any two phases among the three phases of power supply.
